Hive is a blockchain platform designed for multimedia content. It enables users to create blog posts, share videos, livestreams, sounds, and images, allowing creators to retain the value generated by their work. In this decentralized ecosystem, users exert ownership over the platform.

The HiveWallet provides comprehensive account monitoring capabilities on the Hive blockchain. Users can:

• View balances and review recent Hive & HBD transactions for any account
• Authorize transactions by signing broadcast messages with their key, simplifying transfers of Hive & HBD to other users
• Access various Dapps via the browser tab in version 2, authenticating with HiveWallet keys and executing actions within the app using the familiar Keychain for Hive integration from desktop environments

Security:

1. The app never has access to or control over users' funds
2. Private keys are stored locally on a per-device basis with a unique security model. They are encrypted using AES256 and require a secure passphrase for access
3. For added convenience and security, users have the option to use device-specific biometric features like Touch ID or Face ID to store passphrases securely in the device's encrypted enclave
